Page View

The 'Page' module allows you to manage the pages and content of your website. You can manage the contents of a page by clicking its title in the page tree.

The page module provides you with a view depending on:

  1. The template the page uses, you will see a number of columns in which you can insert content elements.
  2. You can add a new content element by clicking one of the ‘Create new record’ icons in the appropriate column.

When adding in a new content element you will then be prompted to select what type of content you want to add.

At this point, you will be provided with a ‘content type’ specific interface to add/edit your content.

List view

The ‘List’ module will appear different depending on the page you are viewing.

For a website page, you will see all your content boxes, but in list form. This is useful to look at the structure of content on a page and search for something specific.

On catalog folders, the 'List' module provides you with a database view of the records associated with the pages of the page tree. Each page in the site tree can have an unlimited number of records associated with it. Records refer to any database elements that are associated with a page; these could be other pages, paragraphs of text, or more advanced elements such as domain names
