Form elements

In order to embed a form onto your page, please follow these instructions:

1. Click on the Form Element tab and select ‘Form’. 
2. You can then add a Form title within ‘Header’
3. To select your premade form, go to Plugin Option and select your form in the dropdown menu.
4. Click ‘Save and Close’
