Create a form

The most popular form that we create for clients is a Contact Form. You may find that this is already set up on your website. 

If you wish to set up a new form, you can do so by following these instructions.

1. Head into your Typo3 account and click on ‘Form’ in the first column. 
2. It will open a new page called, ‘Form Management’. 
3. To create a new form, click the + button next to ‘Form Name’. 
4. This will open a box where you can enter your form name. (You have the option to change this later if needed). Click, ‘Next’
5. You will be presented with a new page. To the right of X, you will see your form tree, moving to the center you will see the main body of the form builder. 
6. You can create new element and build up the form from there. See below definitions and How to with each option.
